Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

-Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and guidelines.

-Communicate with clients and handle inquiries related to their accounts.

-Provide support during audits and other financial reviews.

-Utilize email communications to manage tax timelines and deadlines.

-Conduct thorough reviews of books and records.

-Prioritize and manage the preparation of tax returns along with the proper work papers and source documents.

-Update and maintain the tax list.

-Use tax preparation software such as La Certe and ProConnect.

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

-Familiar in filing returns such as 1065, 1120, 1120S and 1040

-Well verse in 1120 and 1120S

-Proven experience in tax preparation

-Familiarity with tax preparation software like La Carte and ProConnect.

-Strong understanding of US tax regulations and guidelines.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

-Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

-Experience in supporting audits and financial reviews is a plus.
