Key responsibilities

• Post job ads on job portals and social media platforms
• Source and engage candidates through job portals and events
• Conduct pre-screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities 
• Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate recruitment reports
• Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and job offers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws (including POEA regulations)
• Maintain candidate database and complete recruitment documentation
• Facilitate applicant orientations and coordinate with partner institutions
• Monitor recruitment trends and submit timely reports
• Perform additional tasks as assigned and maintain punctual attendance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Psychology (RPm preferred), Business Administration, Management and any related course
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment (BPO/Healthcare/International Agency)
• Strong English communication skills
• Amenable to work full-time onsite in General Maxilom Avenue (Mango Avenue), Cebu
