The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the sales team at PRIME Philippines. This position involves overseeing sales activities, including client acquisition, property leasing, and relationship management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Lead and manage the sales team, driving performance and achieving sales targets for leasing and property management services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, focusing on landlords, tenants, and investors.
Oversee the full leasing process for clients, including property inspections, lease proposals, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Conduct regular cold calls and outreach to prospective clients, scheduling meetings and follow-ups to build a robust sales pipeline.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions to enhance client retention and referrals.
Maintain and update an extensive database of property listings, client information, and sales activities to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and track team performance, providing coaching, feedback, and support to help achieve individual and team goals.
Stay informed on the latest real estate trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the Philippines.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the development of promotional campaigns and strategies.
Report regularly to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and key client feedback.
Identify and explore new opportunities and solutions in the real estate market to maintain competitive advantage and drive sales growth.
Assist in the development of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in sales or leasing management, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and meeting sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and motivating sales staff.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Customer-centric approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market, industry trends, and regulatory environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to track sales, client relationships, and performance metrics.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Based in Manila or willing to relocate.
