Drive sales scalability through innovative management of customer relationships, with a focus on growth.
Develop strategies for competitive market positioning within the Heavy Equipment industry.
Lead a team to meet/exceed targets, build market share, and provide exceptional client service.
Deliver regular reports on sales outcomes and forecast accuracy.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies specific to the heavy machinery sector.
Coordinate with HAKATA POWER MACHINERIES INC.'s departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction and product delivery potential.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, entry-level candidates encouraged to apply with the ability to learn quickly.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Sales and Marketing, ability to lead Business Development efforts, adept in Problem-Solving, Team Management, and Time Management. Familiarity with Social Media platforms and marketing, strong Negotiation capabilities, exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and expertise in Promotions and as a Community Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee sales team to achieve targets, develop and implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, conduct market research, and represent the company in sales events.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced sales environment, requires the flexibility to work various hours and potentially travel, must manage stressful situations professionally.
