Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to meet E-Tur Local Manpower Services' staffing goals across various sectors.
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies that attract top talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with client needs and cultural fit.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Utilize various channels to source candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is an asset.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position; less than 1-year experience in recruitment or similar HR role required.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proven ability in Talent Management, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Leadership Development. Excellent communication, organizational, and interview skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement recruiting strategies, conduct interviews, manage onboarding process, build relationships with potential candidates, and support leadership development initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional travel for campus recruiting and career fairs. Full-time position with the possibility of overtime during peak hiring seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, detail-oriented, driven, adaptable, with a passion for finding the right talent to drive organizational success.
