Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and familiarity with various recruitment methods.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, with occasional remote work; flexible hours may be required.
