• Minimum of 6 months of recruitment and/or sourcing experience in a BPO/Volume Hiring/Call Center set-up
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Sharp attention to detail and process-oriented
• Must be amenable to work on shifting schedules /Philippine holidays/weekends (if needed)
• Must be willing to render overtime if there's an operation need
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Taguig
