Description
- Review incoming orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify product availability and pricing.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
- Provide accurate information on order status and shipping timelines.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
