Galleria Ceramica, a respected player in the Tile Industry is looking for a dynamic and committed individual for the role of Inventory Management Officer.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records through the company's inventory management software, and assist in optimizing stock levels by accomplishing the following:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and audit discrepancies.
• Receive, record, and manage stock shipments.
• Assist in regular inventory counts and reports.
• Collaborate with finance to reconcile inventory variances.
• Support order fulfillment and inventory turnover initiatives.
• Assist in the importation process (documentation and inspection/testing) and coordinate and monitor the arrival of shipments.
• Familiarity with eCount software is a plus.

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or related roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management systems, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, maintain accurate records, collaborate with team members, and resolve discrepancies.
• Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional physical work and extended hours during inventory audits.
