Job Title: Permits Secretary

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in relevant field for the specific job.

Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of professional experience in the related area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process applications for permits and licenses
  • Coordinate and communicate with local authorities, and other regulatory bodies
  • Monitor permit requirements and regulations
  • Responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required for a particular project or business
  • Ensure that all necessary permits are secured in a timely and efficient manner, allowing the organization to operate legally and safely
  • Other works related and as requested by the management/superior.
  • Ability to handle confidential information;
