Description

  • Manage correspondence and communication within the office.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Maintain office files and documentation efficiently.
  • Assist in project management and support creative initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments in the advertising and arts sectors.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, exceptional time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Schedule appointments, manage correspondence, organize files, and support team projects.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving ability, and adaptability in dynamic settings.
