Description

  • MANDATORY: Candidate must be willing to commute to and from our office located in Brgy Don Manuel, Quezon City
  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and filing; ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and strong relationships
  • Coordinate production and deliveries of goods
  • Organize and plan meetings for the proprietors with the clients and prospective buyers
  • Manage client requirements, follow-ups, and after sales concerns

Requirements

Job Title: Secretary (ON SITE EMPLOYMENT/ NO REMOTE WORK)

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of 3 YEARS UNDERGRADUATE from a recognized institution.

Experience Level: At least 1 - 3 years of proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage schedules and organize meetings.
  • Ensure efficient and effective administrative information flow.
  • Handle correspondence and document management.

Working Conditions: Office setting with standard work hours; occasional overtime may be required. Monday to Saturday work days.

Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, discreet, proactive, and possess strong organizational abilities.
