Organizational Development

Develop and lead Organizational Development strategies that drive company-wide effectiveness and support our corporate vision.
Oversee the design and delivery of training programs aimed at upskilling employees and enhancing leadership capabilities.
Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills, processes, and structures, and implement targeted O.D. interventions.
Facilitate organizational change by supporting leadership in change management initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead the development of a learning and development (L&D) framework that aligns with career progression and organizational goals.
Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders.
Monitor and assess the impact of O.D. and training initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
Provide coaching and consultation to management on O.D. best practices, employee engagement strategies, and leadership development.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
At least 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on O.D. and Training.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing O.D. strategies, facilitating organizational change, and implementing training programs.
Strong knowledge of employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development best practices.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to measure the effectiveness of O.D. and training programs.
