Core Tasks

• Assist in writing captions and reviewing agency captions.

• Respond to all FB and IG inquiries daily.

• Escalate sales, stock, or complaint issues to Sales/Operations immediately.

• Coordinate with Marketing Officer for agency follow-ups.

• Assist in basic caption/creative checks.

Deliverables

• Same-day response to all inquiries.

• Weekly Inquiry Summary Report.

• Caption drafts or improvements as needed.

• Clean, checked captions ready for Executive Director approval.
