Marketing Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Role Summary

We are looking for a performance-focused Marketing Lead Generation Specialist to build and scale our inbound and outbound lead pipelines. In this role, you will focus on target segmentation, optimizing conversion rates, and turning cold prospects into warm sales opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Pipeline Growth: Launch and manage lead generation campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, paid social, and SEO.
• Lead Qualification & Routing: Create automated lead scoring and nurturing workflows to deliver high-converting MQLs to sales.
• CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain, clean, and segment our database for targeted messaging.
• Testing & Analytics: Monitor metrics (CPL, conversion rates, pipeline value) and run A/B tests on email copy, landing pages, and ad creatives to maximize performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in B2B lead generation or demand marketing (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with CRMs and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Clay).
• Skills: Strong B2B outreach copywriting and an analytical mindset to make quick campaign adjustments.
• Work Setup: Onsite capability in Pasig.
