DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sales Operations Support

Prepare and process sales documents, introduction letters, and account requirements.

Gather, encode, and maintain sales and customer data.

Coordinate with clients, distributors, and internal departments.

Assist in budget requests, sales trip documentation, and liquidation of expenses.

• Marketing Support

Assist in planning and implementing marketing programs, promotions, and product sampling activities.

Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and field personnel involved in marketing campaigns.

Help monitor the execution and effectiveness of promotional activities.

• Telemarketing and Sales

Contact retail outlets and customers to generate purchase orders.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer relationships.

Support efforts to achieve monthly sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, or a related course.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
5. Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage. (Typical requirements for similar positions.
