Description
- with experience as a System Business Analyst or QA tester or System User with company background in warehousing or logistics industry
- with background knowledge and experience in User Acceptance testing (UAT) and Software development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation standards such as process flow charts, manuals, guidelines and business requirement documents and tools such as JIRA or similar platforms
- Project Management and coordination experience to ensure high quality of service and milestone completions
- with advance knowledge in PHP, JQuery and Javascript languages, MySQL relational Database Management System and Laravel Framework
- Basic knowledge in IT infrastracture and technical support activities
- Will do business process mapping of WMS system development.
- Will document systems and procedure of WMS.
- Will provide training and user support for WMS and ERP systems.
- Will do business analysis of WMS system development.
Requirement
- 2-3 years job experience, preferably in Logistics Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or related field
- Experience in relevant tools and technologies used in system analysis
- Knowledge of system analysis and design methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand and solve complex business and technical issues.
- Understand project management principles and methodologies
- Preferably with ERP/WMS background
