Description
- Provide first-level support to customer service request
- Handle customer support calls or message (thru email or any other communication platform) in a timely and accurate manner
- Understand support problems, analyze problem data and determine appropriate solutions
- Maintain problem documentations and their resolution procedures for reference procedures
- Monitor system performance and reports downtime and performance issues to the supervisor
- Install, configure and maintain software and hardware system (workstations)
- Assist in development and enhancement of the IT systems
- Assess potential risks and technical challenges, prepare appropriate mitigation plans
- Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance
- Implement the data back-up/recovery policy and full documentation of its inventory
Requirements
- At least with 2 years experience on the position or related position
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science
- Sufficient understanding of computer hardware, software systems and network systems
- Knowledge in system security (e.g., intrusion, detection systems) and data back-up recovery
- Ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software
