Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and performance management. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.



Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.


Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.


HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
