Description

  • Conduct talent acquisition, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes, while ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Implement & oversee employee onboarding and training programs to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, maintaining competitive and sustainable programs to retain a talented workforce.
  • Manage employee relations and address grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and systems that align with the company's strategy and values.
  • Provide advisory services to management on human resource-related matters, acting as a partner in strategic decision-making.
  • Stay current with employment laws and regulations to ensure company adherence and risk mitigation.
  • Participate in performance management and improvement processes, helping to drive organizational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or related position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, people management, and leadership development. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage various HR initiatives. Must be computer literate with experience in HR software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting recruitment efforts; administering various human resource plans and procedures; assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies; managing employee relations; and participating in staff meetings and seminars. Responsible for report generation and maintaining HR records.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, typically Monday to Friday, with the occasional need to work beyond standard hours to meet operational demands.
  • Qualities and Traits: A strong ethical foundation, excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and remain impartial and objective.
