Description

A Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a healthcare account serves as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, addressing inquiries related to services, insurance coverage, billing, and claims. Responsibilities include providing timely support, resolving issues, maintaining accurate customer records, and educating patients about their benefits and the healthcare system. The CSR collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and compliance with regulations, striving to deliver high customer satisfaction in all interactions.

 

Work Setup:

Work onsite

Location: 1st Floor, One Ayala East Tower, Ayala Ave., Makati City

 

Salary and Benefits:

Basic Salary: Up to PHP 23,000

Night Differential: 10%

Non-Taxable Allowance: PHP 3,600

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of college education with a minimum of 6 months of BPO experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite and available for a shifting schedule
