Description

  • Processes LOA approvals via the PhilCare Xpress portal.
  • Issues Letter of Authorization (LOA) based on authorized limits, PhilCare guidelines and protocols.
  • Performs callouts to affected PhilCare-affiliated Provider and PhilCare Member to explain non-coverable availments and other member concerns.


Requirements

  • College Graduate (any course)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Graduate of any allied medical course is a plus
  • Willing to work from Monday-Saturday (8:00am-5:00pm)
  • Excellent Communication skills (b
  • Willing to be assigned in Makati City
  • Can start ASAP
