• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English or Arabic and English.
• Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve services.

• Fluency in Spanish and English or Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
