Description
- Handle inbound calls from customers and health providers.
- Assist customer requests for doctor's appointment, medicine replenishment, health insurance claims, etc.
- Answer inquiries about health insurance coverage.
- Make customer satisfaction the utmost goal for each call interaction
Requirements
- At least one year of outstanding experience in Healthcare & or Financial/Billing/Collections
- Excellent English communication skills
- Can start ASAP
