  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients and candidates in the HR and recruitment sector.
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Support recruitment processes by coordinating interviews and facilitating communication between clients and applicants.
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may involve shift work and dealing with high call volumes.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
