Resolves product or service problems by doing the following:

• Clarifying the customer's complaint.
• Determining the cause of the problem.
• Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
• Expediting correction and adjustment.
• Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Follows communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Prepares customers' correspondence.
• Provides necessary information about products and services.
• Assists customer with the placement of orders, refunds, exchanges, and/or cancellation while attempting to persuade the customer to reconsider cancellation and/or refund.
• Provides administrative support and assistance to the head of operations.

• With Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or any related field
• No work experience required
