  • Manage multiple live chats and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Ensure customer service quality meets team standards.

Requirements

  • Must have good communication skills both oral and written. 
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Can easily adapt, flexible to work in a BPO environment.
  • Ability to type 35 - 40 wpm. 
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred
