Description

As a Non-Voice Account Representative, you will play a key role in providing support to our clients through written communication (emails, chat, or other digital channels). You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information while ensuring a positive experience.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or other online platforms.
  • Resolve issues related to products, services, or accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with other team members to address complex inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure that all responses adhere to company guidelines and policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and strive for high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem-solving ability and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or a similar non-voice role is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different shifts (if applicable).
