Description

Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to shipments, deliveries, customs clearances, and any other post-delivery concerns.


Claims and Returns Management:

  • Handle claims for damaged, lost, or delayed shipments, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure fair and efficient resolutions.


Performance Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate aftersales reports that cover metrics such as issue resolution time, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Analyze trends in aftersales activities and provide insights to improve customer support processes.


Tracking and Monitoring:

  • Use tracking systems and communicate with warehousing, transportation, and customs teams to keep customers updated on their shipments status.


Requirement

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly assess and resolve customer issues in a calm, efficient manner.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective client interactions and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in generating reports, analyzing after-sales data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Diploma required
