As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients. You'll handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
