Requirement

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High School diploma or Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: Less than 6 months of relevant experience in a call center environment.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, exceptional customer service abilities, effective problem-solving skills, and a strong team player.
Responsibilities and Duties: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information while maintaining a positive experience.
Working Conditions: Office environment with a combination of phone and computer work.
