Description

Preparation of the different dishes assigned to their work area. - Maintenance and cleaning of the corresponding areas, as well as complying with the hygiene standards established by the company. - Make sure all food and other products are stored properly.

 


  • Operating
  • Organize the workstations with all the necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment:
  • Set-up of the stoves, irons, etc.
  • Take care of the order, placement and cleanliness of utensils.
  • Clear the work tables of debris and tools.
  • Verify the existence and quality of food:
  • Storing raw or cooked goods in their respective places and containers

Requirement

  • Qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training – Technician in Cuisine and Gastronomy
  • Experience: 2 years in a similar position and in hotels.
  • Knowledge: knowledge of à la carte cooking (Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, grill, gourmet, snack or others), buffet, cold game, hot game, pastry game, meat part, others.
  • Languages: notions of Spanish.
  • Computer (programs): Microsoft Office user and e-mail
