Description

  • Prepare and send welcome packages to members.
  • Process and replace lost cards.
  • Coordinate with courier service providers for optional handling.
  • Update systems (G2) with delivery details.
  • Monthly reporting on delivered cards.
  • Provide members with support for card-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
  • 2–3-year work experience in a comparable, professional services environment and client service experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to effectively work as a member of a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
  • Self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills (written and oral)
