• As a Chef de Partie, you get to oversee a section of the kitchen, be it pastry, butchery, fish, sauces, vegetables and so on.
• You take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant and follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
• You coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chef and are responsible to supervise junior chefs or other kitchen staff.
• You are expected to carry out any other duties as required by management
