Description

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department at New Bombay, ensuring exceptional service.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain stock of authentic Indian ingredients.
Implement safety and hygiene protocols in compliance with industry standards.
Assist in menu planning, focusing on seasonal and innovative dishes to attract diverse clientele.

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in food and beverage supervision or management.
Skills and Competencies: Strong expertise in restaurant management, cost management, quality control, and operations management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensure quality standards, train staff, manage inventory, and maintain customer satisfaction.
