Description

  • Prepare and plate high-quality dishes catering to our client's needs.
  • Directs, coaches, supports, supervises and evaluates kitchen operations
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional dining experiences.
  • Coordinates tasks and delegate accordingly
  • Maintain recipe folders in good condition
  • Control on production level and recommend ideas to improve kitchen
  • Report discrepancies to management
  • Ensures proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and materials

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related fields.
  • Experience Level:
  • 1-3 years of professional kitchen experience.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in various cooking techniques and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety standards.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to handle special requests and dietary needs.
  • Adept at mise-en-place to ensure efficient meal service.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Capable of heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative as a self-starter.
  • Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Preparation and cooking of dishes according to restaurant's menu.
  • Ensuring kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are upheld.
  • Menu planning, inventory management, and controlling food waste.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to provide excellent service.
  • Addressing customer queries and accommodating special requests when possible.
  • Working Conditions:
