Creates technical drawings based on architectural and structural plans.
Coordinates closely with Project Engineers and Sales Executive for discussion and clarification of client requirements
Conducts periodic visits to sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
Finalization of as-built plan prior project turn-over
Review drawing for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain all revisions of project drawing.
Update and maintain drafting log.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
At least 1-3years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
Persons who have confidence and momentum to finish drawings work quickly and proficiently.
Can work with minimum supervision.
