Responsibilities – AutoCAD Operator

• Prepare and create 2D technical drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements, site conditions, and instructions from engineers or project personnel.
• Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other technical drawings as required.
• Convert sketches, specifications, and design concepts into accurate CAD drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings are accurate, properly scaled, dimensioned, and compliant with required standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings when required.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other departments regarding drawing revisions and technical requirements.
• Maintain and organize CAD files, drawings, revisions, and other technical documents.
• Conduct checking and quality control of drawings to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing details.
• Assist in preparing drawings and documentation needed for project submissions and implementation.
• Update drawings based on approved revisions and ensure the latest version is properly maintained.
• Perform other drafting and technical documentation tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related course
• With at least 1 year of experience as an AutoCAD Operator/Draftsman is preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of 3D is an advantage
• Can read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Knowledgeable in dimensioning, scaling, layering, and drawing standards
• Able to prepare and revise technical drawings and layouts based on project requirements
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in preparing drawings
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Fresh graduates with relevant AutoCAD training/certification may also be considered
