JOB OBJECTIVES

The Account Manager role is responsible for establishing and developing long-term relationships with customers while also servicing existing accounts. The Account Manager responsibilities are as follows:

● Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs

● Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

seeks out and identifies new business opportunities

● Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

● Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met

● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients


SUMMARY OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

A.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs

2. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs

3. Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business

4. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

5. Achieves monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals and objectives

6. Providing superb customer service and support.

7. Confidently and successfully negotiates and closes deals

8. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFP), in timely and accurate fashion

9. Work with customers to identify challenges that our products can solve

10. Conduct professional and informative sales presentations

11. Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization

12. Build account plans to map out opportunities within an account

13. Execute direct marketing campaigns such as cold calling or email marketing

14. Share expertise and best practices with new recruits and co-workers

15. Participate in coaching sessions to find opportunities for improvement

16. Maintain excellent product knowledge and attend or enroll to all training sessions (on-site or online)

17. Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the CRM system. Clean data when appropriate.

B.

Secondary Responsibilities

1.Suggest improvements that can be made to increase value of sales and marketing collaterals

2.Provide market intelligence to Sales Director and team members to identify product/solution improvement areas

3.Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and other information

4.Attend industry conferences to network and develop industry expertise

5.Suggest marketing campaigns that will be helpful in generating leads and new opportunities for sales

C.

Other duties and responsibilities

1.Environment, Legal, Health and Safety Responsibilities

2.Worker Consultation and Participation

a.Participates during consultation on the organization’s strategy and policy making;

b.Develops a counseling approach to health and safety inspections;

c.Assists in determining the Company’s fulfillment of the legal and other requirements; and

d.Participates in various employee engagement programs of the Company as a committee member or as a participant.

3.Others

a.Timely submission of all required reports and regular attendance in meetings;

b.Undergoes any training or instruction to enable him/her to work competently and safely;

c.Observes company policies, rules and regulations;

d.Establishes and maintains harmonious relationships with other employees, officials, outside organizations and agencies;

e.Maintains confidentiality of information.

f.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements :

QUALIFICATIONS

A.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field

2.At least 1 year work experience in sales and/or marketing

3.Familiarity with sales process, IT/Software

4.Familiarity with Solution Selling, Sales Process, and Enterprise Selling

5.Knowledge in Sales tools/ CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Pipeline or Zoho)

6.Knowledge in leads generation and account planning

7.Excellent written and verbal communication skill

8.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills

9.Highly proficient in MS Office applications

10.Has the ability to work in all levels of the organization
