• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach in addressing client requests.
• Fulfill responsibilities as delineated by the organization.

• Demonstrated expertise in client management and support, with a particular advantage for experience involving clients from the United States and the United Kingdom.
• College Graduate
• A solid track record of working within a foreign-owned enterprise or engaging with international clients.
• Proficiency in business-level English is essential for effective communication.
• Advanced skills in computer applications, office software, and multimedia platforms.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively guide and manage a team.
• Strong knowledge and operational experience in the BPO industry.

Salary

1. Annual Income: JPY 6,000,000 ~ 8,000,000
