A. Experience

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architect/Engineer

B. Experience

• At least two (1) years technical work experience in high rise construction projects
• Ability to interpret and execute plans, specifications
• Ability to prepare, plan and have timely submissions for the Submittal Schedule inline with the PEP Schedule.
• Ability to create weekly CCM technical report summary and updates coordinated with Operations Team
• Knowledge on construction drawings preparation, interpretation and implementation.
• Project management skills
• Must have expansive knowledge on Construction Materials inline with the Material Submittals.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System, an advantage
• Verbal and written communication skills-Intermediate
• Professional attitude and appearance
