Responsible for development and planning of Lawson Convenience store
Review drawings and specifications, architectural and engineering for the purpose of advertising on site condition, appropriate material alternates, construction feasibility of various systems and cost implications.
Review drawings to ensure that is compliance with the law.
Prepares all necessary documents for permit application
Coordinate with other Departments as needed in specific planning/design requirements
Has Professional License in Architecture
Required skills: Knowledge in CAD, Sketch-up and Photoshop
Willing to handle soon to open stores in North Areas
Preferably with retail experience.
