Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Execution and Oversight: Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining productivity throughout the project life cycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Performance Monitoring: Track project progress, prepare regular status reports, and ensure project objectives are met or exceeded.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least 20 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly desirable.
