Product Ownership & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: concept, requirements, launch, and post-launch optimisation.
• Define product vision, scope, and success metrics aligned with strategic objectives.
• Maintain and prioritise product roadmap and backlog with senior stakeholders.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Central contact for Technology, UX/UI, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders: game providers, platform vendors, payment services, KYC/AML suppliers, and regulators bodies.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications.

Product Launch Management

• Plan and manage launches, ensuring technical, operational, marketing, and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with relevant teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.

Compliance & Regulatory Alignment

• Ensure products meet regulatory, licensing, and responsible gambling requirements.
• Work with Compliance and Legal teams to incorporate regulatory changes.

Performance & Optimisation

• Monitor post-launch performance using KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion, revenue).
• Gather feedback to improve products.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements, new features, or market expansion.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, ideally in iGaming, fintech, or regulated digital platforms.
• Strong experience coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers.
• Proven track record of delivering and launching complex digital products.
• Solid understanding of iGaming platforms, including sportsbook, casino, payments, KYC, or PAM.
• Experience in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environment
