• Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing a product or product line throughout its lifecycle. This includes defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and ensuring the product meets customer needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Gather and prioritize product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams
• Manage product development from concept to launch
• Act as the voice of the customer
• Monitor product performance and KPIs
• Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies
• Continuously improve product based on feedback and data
• Align product goals with business objectives

Product Manager – Job Specification

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

MBA or relevant postgraduate degree (preferred)

Experience:

• 3–7 years of experience in product management or related roles
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Background in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred)

Skills and Competencies:

• Technical / Professional Skills:

• Familiarity with tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
