Key Responsibilities of an Inpatient Medical Coder

• Review and analyze inpatient medical records, including:
• History and Physical (H&P)
• Progress notes
• Operative reports
• Discharge summaries
• Diagnostic test results

Qualifications:

• Certification: AAPC / AHIMA (CPC, CIC, CCS)
• At least 1–2 years of Inpatient (IP) coding experience

Salary Package:
