簡介
- Develops and implements compensation packages, benefits, performance management programs, employee wellness, policies and procedures that align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Identifies trends and implements new practices to engage and motivate employees.
- Validates payroll transactions every cut off: processes employee compensation and benefits for both government mandated and company sponsored, including privileges and incentives.
- Draft memos, and issue incident reports as deemed necessary to erring employees
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, monitor the end-to-end process of Separation Clearance and Release Form (SCRF), and that all are processed based on the prescribed timeline.
- Orientating new employees and ensuring their onboarding experience is excellent.
- Serve as a trusted HR consultant, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Guide managers in performance appraisal processes, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and developing employee growth plans.
- Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
- Identify learning and development needs, and design programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities

- Proven experience Human Resources position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
