  • Contribute to continuous HR process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.

職位要求

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in the HR field or related area
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations
  • Understanding of Payroll systems and processes
  • Talent Management and Acquisition
  • Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits
  • Effective Process Management
  • Leadership Development initiatives
  • Organizational Development strategies
  • Performance Management techniques
  • Training and Development skills
  • Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with regular business hours, occasional overtime may be required
