- Experience Level: Minimum 2 years of hospital/ patient care experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and strong medical knowledge.
- Working Conditions: BPO, Call- Center, night shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
