• Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and needs
• Conduct regular fitness assessments and track client progress
• Provide motivation, guidance, and support to help clients stay committed to their fitness journey
• Create a safe and enjoyable exercise environment for clients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals and medical staff as needed to ensure client safety and effectiveness

• Design and conduct training programs to enhance athletic performance.
• Customize coaching strategies to fit individual needs within our sports and recreation industry.

• Demonstrates excellent Functional Fitness coaching, leadership and managerial skills
• Coaching any level of athlete (beginner to advanced athletes)
• Running of functional fitness or special classes ranging from 1-5 people
• Demonstrates proper form and technique
• Ensuring sessions are effective, safe and fun
• Offers additional support to help athletes achieve their fitness goals
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with current athletes and converts potential athletes
• Engaging in social media platforms and helping participate in social media presence
• Promotes all internal programs, events, and special offers
• Promotes community and family atmosphere
• Helps maintain a spotless facility
• Facilitates quarterly coaches meeting and social events
• Adheres to all policies and procedures

• Conduct group fitness classes (e.g., yoga, Pilates, spin, HIIT)
• Provide personalized fitness training and guidance

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and mental health support: performs psychological interventions and support as necessary.  
• Knowledge and Research: Management and exploration of sources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients. 
• Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention. 
• Keep organized: Utilizes systems to effectively track and communicate with clients and their information.
• Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients’ needs as effectively as possible. 

Qualifications:

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally:

• Have the ability to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
• Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, etc.) in the Philippines
• A minimum of 300 direct Clinical Hours (not practicum or internship)
• Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player
• Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas
• Be reliable and professional at all times
• Have excellent communication skills in English
• Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop

A Sales Coach is responsible for developing and enhancing the skills of sales teams to improve their performance and help them achieve sales targets. They provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to individual sales representatives, focusing on enhancing their sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills. The Sales Coach observes sales interactions, provides feedback, conducts training sessions, and identifies areas for improvement. They work closely with the sales manager to align coaching strategies with business goals, track progress, and implement new sales strategies. · Take photos and videos from various events and activities.

· Edit and enhance content using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut, and Canva.

· Ensure all visuals align with our brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logos).

· Review and finalize content to ensure professional quality and consistency.

• Lead merchant acquisition efforts, focusing on pharmacies such as drugstore chains, retail pharmacies, and specialty pharmacies across the country.
• Negotiate and secure agreements with key merchant partners to integrate them into the app's ecosystem.
• Build and maintain longterm relationships with pharmacy merchants to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) for the smooth onboarding of new merchants and partners.
• Analyze and stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
• Regularly report on the acquisition process, including market feedback and performance metrics.
